Mini churros in the bottle

 quick and easy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 220g (1 cup) flour
  • 380ml (1 3/4 cups) water
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 100g (1/2 cup) sugar
  • 100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Dark chocolate melted to dip in 

METHOD:

In a bottle cut the star with a hot knife.

In a pan mix together salt, sugar, oil and mix well, add in flour, when cool enough mix in eggs.


Transfer dough to the bottle, squeeze churros into hot oil, and fry until golden brown. 


Mix together sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon and dip churros into it.


Serve with melted chocolate.
