Brown Stew Chicken with Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped onion (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni, grated carrot, and onion.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
