Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced into coins
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk or sweetened yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream (optional, for blending)
  • Biscuits or cookies (for garnish)
  • Crushed nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base: In a blender, mix the avocado slices, banana, condensed milk, and milk/cream (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  2. Layer the cup (optional style):

For a chunky version (as shown on the left side of the image): Layer the avocado and banana slices into a glass, add cookies, nuts, or extra fruits between layers.

For a blended version (as shown on the right side of the image): Pour the creamy avocado-banana blend into a cup and chill.

  1. Garnish: Top with cookies, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or a swirl of whipped cream.
  2. Serve chilled. Perfect as a refreshing, nutritious dessert or snack.
