Meatloaf that turned out so good I went back and took a picture so I could remember it 🤣😂


EDIT:Sorry I dont measure stuff lol but here's how I make it 😊 


-I used two lbs of the Aldi wagyu (not gunna debate the quality lol it was cheap and it tastes great) 

-onions in butter cooked down not crunchy with salt pepper garlic and brown sugar

-msg, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, little bit of old world Italian seasoning. I do add ketchup to the meat and some Worcestershire. 2 eggs and panko sourdough breadcrumbs.

-topping: ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire and a pinch of salt pepper and garlic (also good without the SPG)

-Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Aldi Wagyu ground beef
  • Onion
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic
  • Brown sugar
  • MSG
  • Granulated garlic
  • Onion powder
  • A little Old World Italian seasoning
  • Ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Sourdough panko breadcrumbs
  • Topping
  • Ketchup
  • Brown sugar
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of garlic

-Instructions:

Cook the onion in butter with salt, pepper, garlic, and brown sugar until softened and no longer crunchy.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the cooked onion, MSG, salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, and a little Old World Italian seasoning.

Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, 2 eggs, and sourdough panko breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic to make the topping.

Spread the topping over the meatloaf before baking.
